Welcome to Laxholmen Camp
Laxholmen is a lovely situated area for tourism and recreation, by Lake Karats, facing the mountain range, in the municipality of Jokkmokk.
Companies
There are ten three-bed huts. They are equipped with wood-heating, and kerosene lights. There is also a service cabin for 30 people, with a kitchen, refrigerator and freezer. The cabin is especially designed for conferences. (Ready by midsummer 2008)
Tourists
There are six four-bed huts for self-catering. They are all wood-heated and have gas stoves and kerosene lights.
Extras
A wood-heated sauna for all visitors at Laxholmen camp.
Smaller motor boats available for rent, in combination with renting a hut. A smaller amount of life-belts are available for rent.
